Every new account starts on a free trial: sign up through the website and try the whole platform before you pay: instant quotes, contacts, jobs, the calendar, and your website tools.
New accounts also get a welcome offer: 30% off yearly billing for a limited time after signup. You'll see the countdown in the app.

Add-ons

Referral program: give a month, get a month
Refer another business to Factory. When they activate a paid plan, you get a month free. Grab your referral link in the app and share it. There's no limit on how many months you can earn.
How to upgrade
- Open the pricing pageIn the app, click Upgrade your plan in the sidebar, or go to Settings → Billing.
- Pick a plan and cycleMonthly or yearly. Yearly costs 10× the monthly price, two months free.
- Pay by cardCheckout is handled by Stripe, the same company that processes payments for millions of businesses.
Manage your billing
Go to Settings → Billing to see your plan, view past invoices, update your card, or cancel. Changes take effect right away, and you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Sign up through the website and your account starts on a free trial, you try the platform before you're charged, and you can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Your account stays open and your data is safe. Pick a plan to keep everything running.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing.
How does the referral program work?+
Give a month, get a month: share your referral link, and when the business you referred activates a paid plan, a free month is added to your account.
