Team & settings

Bring your crew into the app, choose what Factory notifies you about, and keep your brand looking sharp.

Your team

Go to Settings → Members to invite people. Send an invite link, they accept, done. Each member gets a role:

Role	What they can do
Owner	Everything, including billing and team management.
Manager	Run the business day to day: quotes, jobs, calendar, invoices.
Crew	See their schedule and the jobs assigned to them.

Member stats show visits, revenue, and close rate per person, useful when routes and paychecks come up.

Notifications

Settings → Notifications controls what Factory emails you about, new quote requests, bookings, payments, and more. Turn off what you don't need; the app respects your choices everywhere.

Brand kit

Settings → Brand kit is your look, in one place: logo, colors, and fonts. Everything customer-facing uses it, your quote pages, your website, your invoices, and your emails. Change it once, and it updates everywhere.
